The Four Modules of the Training
The online mindfulness and resilience training consists of:
- 2 x 30-minute online coaching sessions with your trainer
- 4 x 2-hour online training
- 21-day challenge in which you follow an implementation plan that is tailor-made for you

Book your Personal Coach for your Individually-Tailored Mindfulness training
In mindfulness coaching, you discuss your individual situation with your coach. Based on this, your coach will develop a customised mindfulness training for you. You will learn individually-tailored, powerful mindfulness exercises as well as breathing and relaxation techniques.

ONLINE YOGA FOR KIDS
FREE OFFER DURING THE CORONA CRISIS
Yoga class for children aged 4-12 years
These sessions can be useful additions to daily coexistence within a confined space during the home schooling and home office phase: a relief for the parents and a meaningful activity for the children.
In the children‘s session, yoga exercises are taught playfully to increase mindfulness in everyday life. Heaps of exercise and fun always come first!
The goal is for every child to find balance and to channel their energy through exercise and to leave the yoga session with a smile on their face and eyes.
