THREE MODULES OF THE TRAINING
The online mindfulness and resilience training consists of:
• 30-minute online coaching sessions with your trainer
• 4 x 2-hour online training sessions focusing on the key methodologies and tools
• 21-day challenge in which you follow an implementation plan that is tailor-made for you
Learn to release your energy potential and reach a state of relaxed alertness with systematic breathing techniques that build on each other.
Objective: Increase your resistance, well-being, creativity and performance
To find a healthy and conscious structure in the daily routine, especially in times of home office and home schooling.
Objective: Active handling of the demarcation between work and private life
Learn effective mindfulness exercises to manage your own thought carousel and live in the “now”. Prevent tension in your body with desktop stretching.
Objective: Maintain balance between tension and relaxation in body and mind and increase inner clarity
