The Mind Matters program was developed to increase well-being and self-efficacy in everyday life and to practice the skills to tackle challenges with focus, courage and energy. At the heart of the program are hands-on exercices on mindfulness, a set of relaxation techniques and breathing exercises as well as the trademark SKY technique.

SKY breathing is a trademarked technique which has scientifically demonstrated to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression and to improve well-being, optimism, mental focus and immune function.
