The Context

Today’s world is complex, demanding and constantly changing. The possibility of rapid change and communication not only opens up new opportunities, but also leads to higher performance, demands and a growing workload. Learn effective mindfulness exercises to manage your own thought carousel and live in the “now”. Prevent tension in your body with desktop stretching.

Become aware of your own ways of thinking and reactions in challenging or stressful situations.
